Most downloads are available directly from the SoundPLAN GmbH website. SoundPLAN Asia can provide direct download links and access credentials for Asian and Middle East customers. Contact us to request download access — we respond within one business day and can assist with installation if needed.

System Requirements

SoundPLAN software runs on Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). A minimum of 8 GB RAM is recommended for standard projects; large city-scale strategic noise mapping projects may benefit from 32 GB or more. A dedicated GPU is not required but can improve 3D visualisation performance. Contact us if you need guidance on hardware specifications before downloading.

Installation and Licensing

After downloading SoundPLAN, the software requires license activation via a USB dongle (hardware key) or network license server. Demo software typically operates in demonstration mode without a dongle, with example projects pre-loaded. If you purchase a license, SoundPLAN Asia will coordinate delivery of your license dongle and activation. Installation support is provided as part of the purchase process.
